Together with Burkhard Kirchner, the owner, we are offering an ideal event location for family celebrations at the charming Charlottenburger pub „Alt Berlin“. There is a spacious courtyard available with beerbanks that can seat up to 60 persons. The courtyard is currently being landscape with a beautiful well and garden. The pub itself is non-smoking while smoking is possible in the outside courtyard. The average price is 500 Euro for the locaction use for 4 hours. We also provide the following extra services for your event at extra cost: cleaning, photographers, catering and specialized food, delivery of beverages, and music Disk Jockey “DJ Pearl.” Coming Summer 2018!

Another great possibility is to book an exclusive houseboat. The boat is currently being constructed by Niels Helleman from ODV Maritiem in the Netherlands. LIAB, a Danish Architectural Firm are behind the design of this unique container structure which are becoming an internationally well-know brand. Liab’s flexhomes’ primary commitment is to convert shipping containers into sustainable homes. This will truly be a new and innovative project- a sustainable modular home built on a boat structure. The houseboat can accommodate around 20 people. This party boat can be launched from the castle mooring of the “Schloss Charlottenburg” and will be moored in Pichelsberg, Spandau. One can arrange to sail with one of our partners together. Available for bookings from September 2017!
